- REGISTRATION
- Membership is open to owners of cars listed in our official qualifying list.
- Each Member is only allowed one membership number.
- The Union has the right to remove the Member from the Union at any time without notice or reason.
- Submission of a membership application is no guarantee of acceptance by the Union.
- Any Member who is found to have made a false statement in the application may be removed from the Union.
- BEHAVIOUR
- All Members are required to behave in a decent and honourable manner.
- Any Member bringing the Union in disrepute may be removed from the Union.
- Any Member spamming the Union Facebook page may be removed from the group and the Union.
- The Union may suspend from membership of the Club any Member whom they consider unfit to remain a Member. The Union at its sole discretion shall consider if the Member shall be expelled from membership. Any Member so expelled shall forfeit all privileges of membership and all rights against the Club and shall not be entitled to a refund of any subscription monies paid prior to expulsion.
- MEETS & EVENTS
- A member who fails to attend a meet/event that they have signed up for, without a reasonable and legitimate reason, will be placed on the "Naughty List". Repeatedly missing events will mean they will no longer be able to reserve a space and may result in them being removed from the Club
- The Union accepts no responsibility for any injury or damaged to members and their property occurring at a drive, event or meet.
- GENERAL
- The Drivers Union name and logo may not be used by other parties without the express written permission of the Drivers union Limited Ltd, the Owners of the Drivers Union Club.
- LAW & JURISDICTION
- The above Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and all Members submit to the jurisdiction of its Courts.
